Partner Program Account Manager
IndexTools specializes in delivering on-demand web analytics solutions to the enterprise
and SME market. Our technology and service are among the best in the market, which means that
so far signing up new partners has been almost like order taking! We have a well proven and
clearly defined sales funnel to follow, meaning you know your targets from the outset. Our
partner division has over 250 partners worldwide, of which half are located in the US.
As an IndexTools Partner Programs Account Manager, you'll be working together with our Partner Programs Manager
to account manage our existing pool of US Partners.You will be assigned targets and will be
responsible for achieiving and preferably exceeding those; serving existing Partners accounts as well as new Partnerships, as they are formed.
You will report to the Partners Programs Manager. We expect some 20 travel days a year, mainly to
exhibitions/trade shows, but also for larger partner accounts meetings.
Responsibilities
- Daily account and client relationship management
- Assist partners in realizing the importance of IndexTools for their clients
- Manage Partner expectations realistically
- Strong professional judgment reflected in demonstrated ability to match customer needs and company products
- Monitor and ensure the timely and sufficient resolution of partner issues
- Contact your partners frequently to maintain our position and offering within their company
- Assist Partners with presentations and sales pitches, ensuring timely follow up on all potential
client sales in the pipeline
You must have
- 3+ years inside sales and/or key account management experience, preferably in the
IT industry; using English language regularly
- Basic understanding of Web Analytics and/or Statistics, and e-commerce; A typical
previous Job in advertising / marketing industry is an advantage
- Excellent phone manners, advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good professional judgment; an ability to match partner needs with company products
- Entrepreneurial spirit of someone who likes working in a start-up environment; a desire
to do whatever it takes to get the job done and ability to work well under pressure
- Self motivated, team oriented and responsible with a want to succeed

is a quota carrying position with the mandate to execute operational and strategic plans to meet and exceed
sales revenue targets by maximizing in-selling and out-selling opportunities. The Direct Sales Manager
will supervise sales staff in the Budapest and New York offices. The sales manager is will lead and develop
an enthusiastic and relatively inexperienced team. Specifically the sales manager will drive the transition
to higher-value enterprise sales including but not limited to ensuring proper lead qualification and follow up
practices, cascading new product information throughout the sales organization, coordinating with marketing
and professional services organizations to optimize sales and services.
The Direct Sales Manager reports to the COO. The position is based in Budapest with travel to customers

- 5+ years direct sales experience in a quota-carrying
position, preferably in information technology including
2+ years demonstrated enterprise sales management experience

The key responsibilities of the position
- Assisting in the creation of effective marketing collateral

Ability to understand customer requirements and IndexTools service and then
combine and translate that information into increased customer success is critical,
as is the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
The position requires someone with demonstrated experience in consulting, preferably
at the enterprise level, in the IT, e-business, on-line marketing, or related market space.The position is based in Budapest.

IndexTools Professional Services group is responsible for identification of key solutions

Role
